PMP FAQ's

We recommend a minimum of 150-200 hours of qualitative preparation. Ideally, one should study for at least 1.5 hours every day on weekdays and minimum 5 hours over the weekends. With approximately 10 weeks of qualitative preparation, you should be completely prepared for the PMP® examination.

Although the PMP® exam is based on the PMBOK® Guide, it goes way beyond the understanding of only the PMBOK® Guide. One needs to comprehend the concepts of Project Management for which attending a qualitative training program is highly recommended. You can also join PMP study groups and learn the core areas through project management case studies. The more you converse with the experts, the more you will reflect on the subject matter. Therefore, you can undertake the scenario-based learning method, following the principles and processes listed in the PMBOK® Guide in real life.
